Job Description:
- Greet and welcome resident, family member or guest
- Manage calls or inquiries from the guest and provides with information or directing them to the appropriate venue
- Handle administrative task
- Assist to resolve guest concerns, request or complaints in a professional and positive manner
- Provide support in admission, discharge and administrative of residents
- Arrange transportation for residents to attend appointments and manage other dispatch-related logistics
- support with the coordination and organisation of guest reservation and designated visitation period.
Requirement:
- Min experience in customer service or hospitality settings
- Fresh graduates are welcome too
- 5-day work week (including Sat, Sun & PH), Rotational Shift
- Permanent Contract
