Personal Assistant / Secretary | Doctor

  • Manage communication, phone calls and teleconsultations with incoming and follow-up patients
  • Manage online invoice payments to vendors, suppliers, as well as receive and trigger payments from patients
  • Look at patients and assist the doctor to coordinate treatment
  • Familiarize with Plato patient management system, and input patient info, follow-up visit, invoice payment etc.
  • Maintain relation with referring Doctor and communicate with other consulting doctors for patients

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters
  • Min 3 years experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
