- Manage communication, phone calls and teleconsultations with incoming and follow-up patients
- Manage online invoice payments to vendors, suppliers, as well as receive and trigger payments from patients
- Look at patients and assist the doctor to coordinate treatment
- Familiarize with Plato patient management system, and input patient info, follow-up visit, invoice payment etc.
- Maintain relation with referring Doctor and communicate with other consulting doctors for patients
Job Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters
- Min 3 years experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
