Job Description
- Perform admission and discharge assessment
- Provide nursing care and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for support to service users and their caregivers (especially PT and OT)
- Plan, coordinate and execute activities that promotes participation while promoting client’s wellbeing
- Provide immediate care during medical emergencies
- Carry out daily required treatments and administer medication
Job Requirements
- Singaporean Only
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Diploma in Nursing/ Degree in Nursing
- At least 2 years of nursing experience
- Proactive and self motivated
- Minimal able to commit to 1 weekday per week
- Fixed work schedule weekly
