Occupational Therapist (Com Hosp)

• Assist in making assesment for patients’ ADL
• Assist to have a Individual Care Plan for patients with stroke and dementia
• Collaborates with programmes team to assess, design, develop and maintain high quality of training programmes.
• Monitor and evaluate patients’ individualize needs and progress.
• Conduct training for Therapy Assistant and Care staff
• Facillitate patients in learning to complete job task

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy

• Full registration with AHPC

• At least 2 years’ experience in dementia management and geriatric rehabilitation
