Oversees the Infant Bay and Infant Teachers
Mentor Novice Infant Educators in infant pedagogy
Foster a nurturing and inviting atmosphere where infants can feel safe and secure.
Embrace the principles of 3Rs (Respect, Reciprocal, Responsive) when interacting with infant.
Promote age-appropriate and holistic development through engaging and stimulating activities.
Prioritise the safety and hygiene of all children.
Monitor and document infant progress and behavior.
Enjoy working collaboratively within a team and independently.
Maintain effective communication with parents and actively engage in parent discussion groups.

Requirement:

Minimum with a Higher Certificate in Infant Care(HCIC), Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY), Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care + Early Years Development Framework (CITC+EYDF)
LON Certified EY1/EY2
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Have a passion in teaching young children.
Min 2 years experience
