- Provide professional Early Childhood expertise, leadership and ensure consistent deliverance of quality standards.
- Practice effective leadership in managing all-rounded aspects of daily centre operations.
- Mentor and guide teachers in implementing a warm and welcoming environment for children to feel invited.
- Supervise staff is able provide safety and hygiene for the centre
- Ensure safety and hygiene of the children.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Maintain good communication with the parents and staff
- Review and improve the centre’s policies, philosophy, and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Degree and/or Diploma in Early Childhood (Leadership)
- Minimum 4 years of relevant supervisory experience in a pre-school
- Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Experience in leading and managing the team in SPARK Accreditation process
