Licensing Executive | Preschool

• Ensure Centres meet both internal standards, quality assurance requirements and ECDA regulations
• Perform audits to verify regulatory compliance, adherence to internal procedures, and identify potential high-risk areas in line with regulatory and ECDA standards
• Participate in initiatives focused on improving the quality of early childhood care and education in childcare centers
• Foster a safe and nurturing environment within the team that promotes children’s social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth
• Promptly address and escalate any concerns or issues to management.
• Address and escalate concerns promptly, leveraging in-depth knowledge of the ECDC Act and SPARK Quality Rating Scale
• Develop and implement action plans to achieve licensing and SPARK certification.
• Supervise and track the execution of corrective actions, ensuring principals, supervisors, and staff effectively implement action plans and evaluate their effectiveness
• Motivate the team to maintain operational excellence while upholding high-quality standards

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) or a related field.
• Min 3 years experience in a preschool setting
• Strong understanding of quality/compliance management, along with knowledge of early childhood regulations and standards
