- Schedule appointments and manage high-volume patient inquiries
- Provide clear information about dental procedures and clinic services
- Follow up with patients to confirm bookings and reduce no-shows
- Identify patient needs and provide personalised solutions
- Work with the Customer Service Department
- Assist with administrative tasks and daily clinic operations
- Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by management
- Assist with healthcare or insurance industries
Requirements
- Min 2 years experience in clinic
- Min Nitec
- Working hours 5.5 days a week
- Proficient in computer skills
