  • Follow up with patients to confirm bookings and reduce no-shows
  • Identify patient needs and provide personalised solutions
  • Work with the Customer Service Department
  • Assist with administrative tasks and daily clinic operations
  • Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by management
  • Assist with healthcare or insurance industries

Requirements

  • Min 2 years experience in clinic
  • Min Nitec
  • Working hours 5.5 days a week
  • Proficient in computer skills
