- Manage and deliver all physiotherapy services for a Senior Care Centre, including initial assessments, periodic reviews, and individualized treatment plans.
- Develop, lead, and evaluate group therapy programs and activities for daycare clients.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to formulate and execute comprehensive Individual Care Plans (ICPs).
- Build strong, supportive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers, providing care with empathy and respect.
- Manage client behaviors associated with dementia, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Maintain documentation of all therapy records and client progress.
- Fulfill duties as assigned by the Centre Manager to support centre operations.
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy
- Full registration with AHPC
- Keen interest in stroke and geriatric rehabilitation
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a hospital or eldercare institution
