- Oversee the full volunteer lifecycle, including strategic recruitment, comprehensive training, effective coordination, and retention initiatives to meet organisational needs.
- Lead the design and execution of key programmes, including Senior Volunteerism and the Volunteer Leadership Programme, ensuring they align with organisational goals.
- Source, build, and manage partnerships with key stakeholders, including grassroots organisations, corporations, and schools, to advance volunteer and community engagement objectives.
- Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies to promote volunteerism. Plan and execute volunteer recognition and engagement activities to foster a supportive community.
- Monitor programme budgets and expenses. Maintain accurate volunteer and stakeholder databases and provide secretariat support for meetings and reports.
Job Requirements:
- Min O level Certificate
- Min 1 years in community engagement, volunteer management, or working in social service / eldercare settings
- Working Hours: • Mon to Fri – 8am to 5pm, Sat – 9am to 1pm
