  • Ensure HR strategies adhere to organisationand long-term objectives.
  • Anticipate future workforce needs
  • Design and implement frameworks for end-to-end talent management strategies and training roadmaps
  • Coach and support managers in effective performance management, leadership techniques, and team development.
  • Focus on building long-term capacity across the organisation through targeted development initiatives.
  • Identify organisational training need and collaborate with external trainers and institutions to supplement internal learning initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluated training programs to measure effectiveness and ensure a clear return on investment.
  • Review HR policies, procedures, and handbooks to ensure full legal compliance and alignment with industry best practices.
  • Led the communication and implementation of new policies across the organization to ensure consistent adoption.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience
  • Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
