Programme Coordinator | Active Ageing

  • Assist in planning and coordinating monthly activities for seniors
  • Collect evaluation, feedbacks on activities
  • Assist with seniors enquiries and provide information and referrals
  • Ensure equipment and supplies are sufficient
  • Assist to procure materials for activity, equipment and supplies when require
  • Support Program Executive in budget management and maintain program databases.
  • Perform general administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Advanced/ Higher / Certificate in Community & Social Services.
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level.
  • Experience working with seniors preferred.
  • Willing to work Monday – Friday 9am to 6pm and alternate Saturday 9am to 1pm.
