- Assist and support clients with Activities of Daily Living
- Provide support with oral, NGT, or PEG feeding, medication assistance
- Monitor such as vital signs and wound care under supervision.
- Plan and facilitate daily centre programmes, activities, and community outings for clients.
- Support meal and tea preparation and serving, while rotating through duties such as cleaning and disinfection, transport escort, and logistical support.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including inventory management and procurement of supplies.
- Promptly escalate and report any incidents, complaints, or unusual observations.
- Ensure cleanliness of the centre, including housekeeping and maintaining hygiene of equipment.Job Requirements:
- Min GCE N Level or equivalent
- Min 2 years Singapore working experience in geriatric care
- ITE Certificate in Home Care or Healthcare related certificate
- Working hours: 5 days work week
