- Plan and deliver individualized, routine-based intervention programmes aligned with each child’s IEP and developmental goals.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide Assistant Teachers and Teacher Aides in classroom management, teaching strategies, and behavioural interventions.
- Coordinate classroom roles, lesson planning, activities, and resource preparation with the teaching team.
- Conduct performance appraisals, participate in team discussions, support new teachers, and share knowledge from professional training.
- Conduct home and school visits where required.
- Facilitate parent-teacher meetings, pre-case discussions, and case conferences to support children’s development and intervention planning.
- Develop engaging, age-appropriate learning resources based on children’s interests and needs.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment using positive discipline.
- Follow programme policies, health and safety requirements, and emergency procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
- Min 1 year experience handling children with special needs
