Job Description:

  • Processing of petty cash, invoices, overtime and salary matters
  • Preparation of budget, monitoring of expenditure
  • Checking of financial statements
  • Maintain and updating of Admin, Finance and HR records
  • Prepare duty rosters, processing of leave and recruitment of foreign staff
  • Collation of data for submission to relevant authorities
  • Assist with personnel matters

Job Requirements:

  • Singaporeans only
  • At least a Diploma in relevant discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Candidates with relevant work experience would have an added advantage
