Job Scope:

  • Maintain and records to ensure readiness for regulatory audits . This includes:
  • Monitor the validity of all nursing certifications and coordinate with Nurse Managers to schedule necessary re-certification training.
  • Perform regular audits of medication and ward stock levels to prevent overstocking and initiate timely replenishment requests.
  • Liaise with the Operations team and hospital pharmacists to process prescription forms and coordinate the collection of medication orders.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of ward staff rosters.
  • Provide general administrative support to operations and reception as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Min GCE ‘O’ level or Certificate in Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (e.g. Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Gmail, etc)
