Job Description

  • Oversee operation of a welfare home ensuring the well-being of residents and compliance with SOP and law regulation
  • Ensure attention and support meet with the Destitute Person Act and MSF regulation
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness with compliance standards
  • Ensure Food Safety and Hygiene are strictly adhere
  • Evaluate and enhance the quality and relevance of home programs and services
  • Preparation of budgets and monitor cash flow according to policies

Requirement

  • Min diploma in social work or psychology
  • 2 years of relevant working experience in the social service sector
  • Mon to Fri (Office Hours)
  • Ability to commit to weekend and evening meetings when required
  • The Welfare Home is for destitute persons
