You will be an integral part of the team to provide nursing care to long term nursing care.
- Monitor vital signs
- Assist with personal groomings and hygiene issues
- Plays a central role in providing nursing care to residents
- Assist doctors/senior nurses/assistant manager to provide preventive and curative medical service
- Incharge with general health of the residents and supervise Nursing aides and Health attendants
- Ensure care delivery and nursing interventions are established with nursing policies and procedures
- Assist and carry out emergency situations in Nursing Home
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing experience in in-patient Ward
- Able to work 3 rotating Shift
