- Assist Staff Nurses with clinical procedures such as wound dressing and serving medication
- Monitor and report residents’ fluid intake and output.
- Observe and document any changes in residents’ physical, mental, or emotional condition and report them promptly to the supervising nurse.
- Maintain a clean and tidy resident environment
- Perform accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Reports to Staff Nurse / Nurse Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Foreign qualifications are welcome)
- Registered Government Nurse
- Able to communicate in simple English
- At least 1 year experience in hospital settings
