Job Description:
- Conduct assessments for patient’s pre-admission
- Conduct periodic reviews with suitable therapy treatments for Holistic Individual Care Plan
- Execute group therapy programme and activities for patients
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions
- Plan and execute group therapy programme and activities for patients
- Able to assist patients who display behavioural issues
- Review and revise programme schedule for therapy program with proper documentation
- Have knowledge of dementia issues and able to manage patients who display behavioral problems.
- Foster close and warm relationships with patients’ families and caregivers
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree / Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- Full registeration with APHC
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a hospital or eldercare institution
