- Design, strategize, and implement a dynamic calendar of daily, weekly, and monthly activities and social outings tailored to seniors’ interests and needs.
- Oversee all operational logistics for seamless programme delivery, including venue setup, material preparation, and attendance tracking.
- Collaborate with external trainers, volunteers, and community partners to deliver specialized wellness sessions and workshops.
- Continuously evaluate programme effectiveness through surveys and feedback to ensure high quality and positive impact.
- Proactively recruit senior members and maintain accurate and up-to-date participant records.
- Build and nurture strong, trusting relationships with seniors, their families, and community partners to foster a supportive environment.
- Liaise with corporations, volunteers, and agencies to enhance programme offerings and secure resources.
- Stay informed on community developments and integrate innovative measures to support ageing well.
- Conduct regular programme reviews and prepare detailed monthly reports for internal stakeholders and funders.
- Collect and analyze participant data and feedback to measure satisfaction, assess outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Support the development of grant proposals and outcome reports to secure funding and demonstrate programme value.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Min 1 year of relevant experience
- Able to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Working Hour: Weekdays, 9am to 6pm
