To conduct social visitation and home assessment of seniors
Identifying seniors who are isolated / needy who needs assistance and to promote programmes and services
Support the Marketing Team
To conceptualize, plan and execute meaningful social engagement programmes and activities
To conduct social cognitive programme – MindActive for cognitive healthy seniors
To coordinate with volunteers for possible engagement programmes and activities
Co-ordinate and arrange monthly provision collection for clients, when required
Client Membership and Volunteer Management
To develop and implement an effective client membership recruitment strategy for the expansion
To recruit, plan, manage and oversee the volunteers
Work with Marketing Team to support the operation of all fundraising activities and events
To assist in writing of grant / funding proposals and submission, including usage reports
Manage and handle all clients/cases database and relevant communications device

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing/Mass Communication with at least 2 years of relevant work experience (with event management/partnership experience);
