Job Description & Requirements
  • To conduct social visitation and home assessment of seniors
  • Identifying seniors who are isolated / needy who needs assistance and to promote programmes and services
  • Support the Marketing Team
  • To conceptualize, plan and execute meaningful social engagement programmes and activities
  • To conduct social cognitive programme – MindActive for cognitive healthy seniors
  • To coordinate with volunteers for possible engagement programmes and activities
  • Co-ordinate and arrange monthly provision collection for clients, when required
  • Client Membership and Volunteer Management
  • To develop and implement an effective client membership recruitment strategy for the expansion
  • To recruit, plan, manage and oversee the volunteers
  • Work with Marketing Team to support the operation of all fundraising activities and events
  • To assist in writing of grant / funding proposals and submission, including usage reports
  • Manage and handle all clients/cases database and relevant communications device

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing/Mass Communication with at least 2 years of relevant work experience (with event management/partnership experience);
