ob Description & Requirements
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and upkeep of computer hardware, networks, and systems.
- Provide technical assistance and resolve issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and printers for end-users.
- Collaborate with users and IT vendors to deliver IT services and solutions effectively.
- Manage and implement data protection protocols and cybersecurity measures, ensuring robust security configurations and regular maintenance.
- Assist in the acquisition, procurement, and documentation of IT assets.
- Offer support for IT infrastructure, including system setup, software upgrades, and the installation of system patches.
- Configure and manage Microsoft 365 services like Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive, including user setup, licensing, and essential functions.
- Apply and maintain Microsoft 365 security policies and tools, such as Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Cloud Defender, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Windows environments, providing troubleshooting and email support.
- Perform other tasks as delegated by management.
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Computer Science or relevant Degree qualification in a related discipline
- Strong working experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- 4 years of relevant working experience
