Job Description
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of programs across various branches consistently, effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure programs meet standards and effectively engage clients (ie. Elderly).
- Collaborating closely with the branch staff to develop and implement plans and executions.
- Monitor, evaluate program performance, and recommend improvements as necessary.
- Facilitate communication among staff, participants, and stakeholders, managing program budgets and resources.
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Experience in program coordination, preferably in social services or healthcare.
- Have expertise knowledge of program design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Mulitple working location
- Office Hour Mon to Fri
