Job Description
  • Coordinate and oversee the implementation of programs across various branches consistently, effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure programs meet standards and effectively engage clients (ie. Elderly).
  • Collaborating closely with the branch staff to develop and implement plans and executions.
  • Monitor, evaluate program performance, and recommend improvements as necessary.
  • Facilitate communication among staff, participants, and stakeholders, managing program budgets and resources.

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Experience in program coordination, preferably in social services or healthcare.
  • Have expertise knowledge of program design, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Mulitple working location
  • Office Hour Mon to Fri
