Job Description
- Assist to prepare and cook food for staff and residents in nursing home kitchen
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and wash up utensils, dishes, kitchen equipment
- Demonstrate basic knife skills
- Operate kitchen machinery
- Carry out instructions given by chefs
- Adhere to food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures
- Maintain quality control procedures
- Maintain safe and secure working environment
· Job Requirements:
- Min UPSR/ Primary Education or relevant
- Min 1 year of relevant experience in the kitchen
- Shift work (no night shift)
- 6 days work week (including weekends & public holidays)
