Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide professional and quality geriatric and neurological physiotherapy/occupational therapy to patients.
Participate in patient counsultation and Supervise Therapy Assistant
Document patient physiotherapy records accurately.
Have knowledge of therapy treatment for a wide range of injuries and conditions across all gender
Assess and manage patients referred for physiotherapy independently and implement appropriate treatment plans
Job Requirements:
Singaporeans Only
Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy (Full registration with AHPC)
At least 2 years of Physical Therapist experience in community care setting
Three working days per week (weekdays ONLY)
Convertible to Full time position
