Job Description
- Review medication orders for suitability and engages with the prescriber or follows up as needed.
- Involved in clinical, administrative roles
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize pharmaceutical care
- Ensures prescription, supply, storage and distribution of medications, comply with regulation and SOP standard
- Provide accurate drug information to other healthcare professional and patients.
- Assist in the administrative operations of the Pharmacy department.
- Develop and review pharmacy services to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in teaching and mentoring pharmacy students and interns
Requirement
• Min Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy or relevant Certificate
• Min 2 years experience in pharmaceutical care
• Registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council
